Reserving a booth with Southern Lights Photo Booth takes about a week from first message to signed contract, and most of that is you choosing a package. Send the form above with your date, venue, and rough guest count, and we reply within 24 hours with availability, an all-in price, and a recommendation for the package that fits your event.
Once you pick a package we send a simple online agreement and a retainer invoice. The retainer holds your date; the balance is due before the event. There are no hidden charges after that point — delivery, setup, an on-site attendant for your full rental window, teardown, and your digital gallery are already included in the number you approved.
About four weeks out we start the design work. You send your monogram, brand assets, or a photo of your invitation suite, and we build your custom photo overlay, tap-to-start screen, and gallery landing page. You review a proof and we revise until it looks right. If you are adding prints, we confirm layout and quantity at the same time.
The week of the event we confirm the run of show with you or your coordinator: load-in time, exact booth location, power access, when the booth goes live, and any idle hours during dinner or a program. Our team arrives roughly ninety minutes early so the booth is tested and running before your first guest walks in.
After the event, your private online gallery is delivered within 48 hours with full-resolution downloads for every session. Corporate clients can add opt-in lead capture and receive a clean contact export at the same time. If your date is inside two weeks, still send the form — we keep a short-notice list and can often make it work.
